Warranty Policy
- New Products: 12 Months Warranty
- Reconditioned Products: 12 Months Warranty
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
- Warranty excludes misuse, improper installation, modification, accident, water damage, fire damage and normal wear.
- Warranty does not include labour, programming, freight or consequential losses.
Shipping & Delivery
- Standard lead time is estimated only.
- Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
- Shipping costs will be advised during quotation.
- Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes and customs clearance unless otherwise agreed.
- Risk transfers upon shipment unless stated otherwise.
Returns Policy
Returns require prior written approval.
Returns will not be accepted for:

- Non-stock Items
- Electrical components that have been installed
- Software products
- Products damaged by customer misuse
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
